We can Provide a 3 Year Platinum Warranty Option
Have the peace of mind with our optional 3 year Platinum or 100,000 cup on site warranty when you purchase Platinum Cover on any one of our machines.
Our 3 year Platinum Cover includes regular Service, all parts and labour. Your coffee machine will be maintained in peak condition by our trained staff .
The 3 year warranty option means your business can budget for all costs without having those large parts and labour costs that sometimes come out of the blue.

Standard New Machine Warranty Conditions
The standard New Machine Warranty conditions are 12 Months Parts and 3 Months labour for all Espresso Essential products and routine maintenance is not included. Please refer to your Warranty card for all conditions of this Warranty that you would have received upon signing the Warranty registration form. Twelve months parts and labour warranty will apply if using Espresso Essential consumable products exclusively.
Fixed price routine servicing
Routine servicing of your coffee machine will ensure your coffee always tastes great and reduce the down time and repair costs over the life of your machine. We recommend a service is performed as per the schedule below. Periodic servicing is a condition of our Platinum Cover 3 year warranty.
Includes:
- Parts and labour as per Espresso Essential Int. recommended service schedule. Any parts outside the service schedule that are found to be faulty will be automatically replaced if the machine is under warranty.
- Friendly, Service reminder Call.

Bronze Service (Recommended every 3-6 months)
- Re-calibrate, adjust Grinder and Coffee Doser
- Remove and replace Grinder "O" Ring Seal
- Inspect Boiler and Solenoids
- Remove and replace Mixer Bowl "O" Ring
- Remove and replace Whipper Blade and Mixer Base Seal
- Inspect Motherboard and Fuses
- Internal Clean
- De-Scale Boiler, solenoids, Coffee Brewer Section, Flowmeter and Pump
- Adjust Drink Settings to Customer's Taste
- Replace Water Filter [if required]
Total Cost $195.00 Plus GST* [includes travel time, labour & parts listed]
Silver Service (Every 6-12 months)
- Re-calibrate adjust Grinder and Coffee Doser
- Remove and replace Grinder "O" Ring Seal
- Inspect Boiler and Solenoids, remove and replace Coffee Solenoid *
- Remove and replace Mixer Bowl "O" Ring
- Remove and replace Whipper Blade and Mixer Base Seal
- Inspect Motherboard and Fuses
- Internal Clean
- De-Scale Boiler, Solenoids, Coffee Brewer Section, Flowmeter and Pump
- Replace Water Filter *
- Up-Grade Software
- Adjust Drink Settings to Customer's Taste
- Add $55-25 +gst to this Service Cost, for each additional 2 way Solenoid

Gold Service (Recommended Every 12 - 24 Months or High Volume Usage)
- Remove and replace Group/Grinder Assembly
- Remove and replace Boiler Assembly complete with all Solenoids
- Remove and replace Mixing Section, Whipper Blade and Mixer Base Seals
- Remove and replace Water Filter
- Clean Machine inside and out
- Up-Grade Software
- Adjust Drink Settings to Customer's Taste
